Description
Since I'm not going to get this week's Nuzlocke done in a timely manner, here's a Spinda who'll be making a brief appearance on page 11.
Wicket is one of Petalburg Gym's Spindas and is currently on Norman's starting lineup, which means he gets to participate in Gym Leader battles. He sports a mean Teeter Dance and epitomizes the motto of the Petalburg Gym: "If you can't fight while totally wasted, you can't fight at all!"
aaand I'm still playing with brushes hardcore can you tell

Kind of getting a little bit tipsyyyyy~. Spinda has risen in the ranks of cutest Pokemon ever in my opinion and this is such a delightful way to portray it!
